Micra ECU glitch

Recalibrated? I'm not sure, I just bought the car two weeks ago! How did you resolve the problem with your Saab, and what was the eventual damage to your wallet?

Ah, buying it recently changes things. In my case, the Saab needed a complete ECU reflash at the workshop. Given your error codes and the nav system issue, I'd strongly suggest taking it to a reputable mechanic who specializes in Nissan vehicles for diagnostic and recalibration. Could be a simple software bug, but it's better to be safe than sorry. Prepare for expenses, though.

Thanks for the advice! I went to the workshop, and you were spot on. It was indeed a software glitch in the ECU, probably from the previous owner trying something dodgy. They recalibrated it, and now it's running smoothly again. Cost me about 240€, but it's worth it to have my Micra back on the road. Really appreciate your help!

Sounds frustrating. I had a similar experience with my old Saab. The symptoms were different, but it all boiled down to a software glitch in the ECU. Was yours possibly recalibrated recently?
