Given the symptoms across multiple systems, it's likely a central connection point. In my Volkswagen, the issue stemmed from a faulty connection near the central electrics box under the dashboard. I took the Mini to the workshop, and a defective cable connection was identified as the cause. The repair cost was 95€. All systems are now functioning correctly.
