Mini Cabrio ignition issue

Right, I'm officially losing it with my 2013 Mini Cabrio. The error memory keeps throwing 'Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted' and the bloody engine won't start! The obvious culprit seems like a defective cable or plug connection, but where do I even begin to look in the wiring harness for this mess?

Whoa, that sounds familiar! I had something similar happen with my Mini Cabrio, though I'm not sure it's exactly the same. Engine wouldn't start, and it turned out to be some weird electrical issue. Did you check the battery terminal connections? That was my first thought when mine went haywire.

Interesting... Battery terminals look clean, but where exactly was your electrical issue? Was it related to the starter solenoid or maybe the ignition switch? I'm going nuts trying to trace this circuit break!

Okay, so from what I remember, it wasn't the starter solenoid directly, but it could be related. Honestly, tracing electrical issues in those Minis is a nightmare. My advice? Bite the bullet and get it to a workshop. They've got the proper tools to diagnose it correctly.

Just wanted to let you know that after some tests, I took it to the workshop. Turns out the error was exactly that, a circuit break. They located and fixed the defective cable connection. Total cost was 95€. Thanks for the help!
