Summary of the thread

An error was logged, suggesting a potential electrical issue, possibly due to a faulty cable or connection. Good shout about the fuses, I'll check those first thing. If the fuses are all good, what's the next most probable cause?

Fuse is the simplest thing to check as you probably know. If the fuse is fine, the fault code and symptoms do suggest a wiring or connector issue right at the massage seat switch itself. Given it's accessible, the connector is the most likely culprit as the error message says. Still, I'd recommend a workshop visit; let them confirm before you start replacing parts yourself.

Took the cabrio to the workshop today. You were spot on; they located a faulty connector on the massage seat switch. 95€ later, and my back is singing again! Thanks a million for the pointers.

Error stored usually points to electrical issues. Does the massage seat switch light up at all? Have you checked the fuse box? Look for anything related to seats or comfort features.
