Mini Cabrio stuck in transport mode

My 2012 Mini Cabrio diesel is exhibiting some strange behavior. It seems to be stuck in transport mode. I'm getting general electrical malfunctions, and the navigation system is completely non-functional. Engine start is fine, and the key fob seems to be working, so I don't think it's the battery. Could this really be transport mode? Seems odd for a car this old.

Just wanted to close the loop on this. The dealer confirmed it was indeed transport mode, even though the car isn't new. They reset it via the diagnostic check, and everything is working as it should now. Navigation is back, and no more electrical gremlins. Thanks for the pointer!
