Mini Clubman blower motor failure and AUC sensor fault
Summary of the thread
The blower motor in a 2017 Mini Clubman stopped working, accompanied by an AUC sensor fault, likely related to the air conditioning system. A possible cause identified was a loose or faulty connection to the AUC sensor. The issue was resolved by checking and fixing the sensor's cable connection, restoring the air conditioning functionality.

AUC sensor, you say? Where exactly is that located, and is it easy to get to? Any tricks to checking the connection?

Yeah, the AUC sensor, also sometimes called the HVAC sensor. From what I remember, the issue was the cable or plug connection of the component. I didn't mess with it myself, just took it to a workshop. They sorted it out pretty quick.

Huge thanks! Took it to the shop, and you nailed it. AUC sensor cable was indeed the culprit. 95€ later, and the AC is blowing cold again!

Huh, that's weird. I had a similar issue with my Clubman and the HVAC system. Was it throwing any codes related to the odor sensor or cabin air sensor? Maybe check the connection to the AUC sensor. Could be a loose plug.
