Mini Countryman low heat output error
Summary of the thread
A 2021 Mini Countryman is experiencing a low heat output error, with the error memory indicating a defective water valve. The issue might be related to the cable or plug connection. The suggested solution is to check the engine coolant level and, if the error code specifically points to the water valve, consider replacing the valve. A workshop visit is recommended to confirm the diagnosis and potentially replace the valve to resolve the heating issue.

Okay, if the error code is specific and the coolant is good, it does sound like the valve itself. Mine ended up needing a replacement. Given the potential for valve blockage and the error code, I'd suggest a workshop visit to confirm the diagnosis. Could save you some headache.

The error code does point to the water valve. Coolant level is fine. You mentioned a similar issue - was it also a valve blockage, or something else?

Appreciate the insight. Turns out it was the automotive valve itself. New car valve installed and the car heating is back to normal. All in, 95€.

That's a bummer. I had a similar heating issue with my Countryman. Do you know if the error code pointed specifically to the water valve or something else? And did you check the engine coolant level?
