Mini Countryman massage seat issue
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Mini Countryman owner experienced an issue with the massage seat switch not functioning, accompanied by an error code related to the massage function. The suspected cause was a cable or plug issue. After consulting with others and confirming the problem, a visit to the workshop revealed a faulty connection, which was repaired, resolving the issue.

Sounds like your initial assessment is correct. If the seat motor is silent and you've got an error code, it's likely a broken connection. Seeing as you have access to diagnostics, I'd suggest taking it to a workshop before you start ripping the luxury car seats apart.

The seat motor doesn't make any noise at all. As for other electrical issues, no, everything else seems to be working as expected.

Thanks for the input. I took it to the workshop, and they confirmed a faulty connection. 95€ later, the massage seat is working again.

Hmm, switch failure is a pain. Does the seat motor make any noise when you try to activate the massage function? Any other electrical gremlins going on?
