Mini One Diesel Windshield Washer Heater Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2014 Mini One diesel has a faulty windshield washer heater, causing the nozzles to freeze in cold temperatures. The issue is suspected to be related to the cable or plug. A suggestion was made to check the fuse box and inspect for clogged nozzles, as these could be symptoms of a heating element failure. Ultimately, the problem was confirmed to be a defective windshield heater cable, which was repaired at a workshop.

Where exactly is the fuse box located and how do I check for clogged nozzles? Is it related to the windshield heater?

Fuse box is under the hood, check your manual for the exact location. Clogged nozzles are a common symptom when the heating element fails. I ended up taking mine to the workshop.

I had something similar with my Mini One. Check the fuse box first, it might be a simple fix. Are your spray nozzles clogged as well?
