Mini One massage seat not working
Summary of the thread
The massage seat in a 2015 Mini One was not functioning, and an error related to the seat was detected. The suspected causes included a defective cable or plug connection. After checking the fuses and finding no issues, it was suggested that the problem might be a faulty seat switch. A visit to the workshop confirmed the switch failure, and replacing it resolved the issue.

Good point! I did check the fuses, all seem fine. I don't hear any noise from the seat motor when I try to turn on the massage seat. Where exactly was the problem on your Mini One? Was it definitely the seat switch?

Yes, the garage confirmed it was a switch failure, but they weren't 100% sure at first. I’d suggest taking it to a workshop. They'll be able to diagnose it properly.

Just wanted to let you know that I took the Mini to the workshop. They confirmed it was a faulty seat switch. They replaced it, and now the massage seat is working again. Cost me 95€ as expected. Thanks for your help!

I had a similar problem with my Mini One's massage seat. Does the seat motor make any noise when you try to activate the massage setting? Perhaps check the fuse box first, just to rule out the simplest things.
