Mini One power windows stopped working

Alright so the power windows on my 2019 Mini One diesel have just stopped working! The error memory has also stored an error. I'm guessing it's the power window switch, but I'm not really sure. Any ideas? I'm hoping it's not something major like the regulator motor or something with the window track.

Sounds like a faulty window regulator to me. When you say the power windows can't be operated, do you mean none of them work? Have you checked the fuse for the power windows? Also, have you noticed any unusual noises coming from inside the door panel before they stopped working?

Okay, since all the power windows are affected and the fuse is fine, it strengthens the likelihood of a faulty window regulator motor. The error code also points in that direction. It's possible for the regulator motor to fail without making noise beforehand. Given the symptoms and error code, replacing the window regulator is the likely solution. I would recommend taking it to a workshop.

Yes, none of the power windows are working. I did check the fuse, and it seems fine. I hadn't noticed any strange noises beforehand, though. Could it still be the window regulator even if there were no noises?

Just wanted to let you know that you were spot on! I took it to a mechanic, and it was indeed the window regulator. The repair set me back about 200€, but at least the power windows are working again! Thanks a lot for your help!
