Mini One Turn Signal Problem
Summary of the thread
A 2009 Mini One is experiencing a turn signal problem, with an error message displayed in the speedometer and lighting issues. The diagnostic suggests a defective cable or plug connection in the signal lamp. A suggestion to check the flasher relay and replace the bulb was made, but the issue was confirmed to be a defective plug connection, which was resolved at a workshop.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Thanks for the quick reply! The hazard lights are working without issues. I haven't tried a bulb replacement yet. Where is the flasher relay located in the Mini One? And which bulb type do I need?

If your hazard lights function correctly, the flasher relay is unlikely to be the culprit. From your description and the error codes, the defective plug connection diagnosis seems plausible. In my case, I replaced the bulb with a new one but it didn't solve the problem. I suggest visiting a workshop to get a clear fault diagnosis and repair the defective cable or plug connection.

I wanted to give an update on my turn signal issue. I decided to take the advice and brought my Mini One into the workshop. The diagnosis confirmed a defective plug connection. The total cost was 95€, exactly as expected. Thanks again for the help!

I had a similar issue with my Mini turn signal. I would suggest checking the flasher relay. Do the hazard lights work correctly? And have you tried a simple bulb replacement?
