Mini One washer problems

That's a tricky one. I had a similar malfunction with my old Renault. The windshield washer stopped working because of a leak in a hose connected to the headlight washer system. Did you check the pump? Is there any sign of water?

A leak, you say? Where exactly was the leak on your car?

Well, it was hard to spot initially. It was a small crack in one of the hoses leading to the headlight washer nozzles. Because the headlight washers only activate with the headlights on, and every fifth wash, it wasn't obvious. Is it worth getting it checked at a workshop?

Turns out it was a defective cable connection. The xenon headlight cleaning system is working again, and so is the windshield washer. Cost me 165€ to fix.
