Mini Paceman Diesel Issues

Sounds familiar. My Mini Paceman had similar symptoms: rough idle, drop in engine power, and fuel consumption went up. Have you checked for any error codes? Could be a dodgy sensor throwing things off. Is yours a diesel or gasoline?

No error codes showing, which is odd. It's a diesel. Did you ever experience stalling at idle? And what was the eventual fix for your issue?

Yep, stalling at idle was part of the fun! Ultimately, it was a bad injector. I'd get it checked professionally, especially with those symptoms. Ignoring it could damage the DPF and cause emissions issues down the line. Consider a professional diagnosis before condemning the fuel injectors but in my case, that was the issue.

It was a faulty injector nozzle as suspected. Replacement sorted it, performance is back to normal. Cost me 515€, but worth it to have my Paceman running smoothly again. Thanks for the input!
