Thanks! When you say 'pump connection', do you mean the electrical connector going to the pump itself? Or is there something else I should be looking for? And how did you figure out it was the connection?

Yep, I meant the electrical connector going directly to the pump. In my case, it was corroded. I didn't figure it out myself actually, I took it to the workshop. They diagnosed it pretty quickly. If you're not comfortable poking around, I'd suggest doing the same. Could save you some time and potential headaches.

Just wanted to give a quick update! Took it to the workshop, and you were spot on! It was the cable connection to the pump. They replaced it, and now both the headlight cleaning and windshield washer are working again. Cost me 165€, but at least it's fixed. Thanks a bunch for your help!

Sounds like you have a similar problem to what I had with my Paceman. My headlight cleaning stopped working, and that disabled the windshield washer too. First thing I'd check is the pump. Are your headlights Xenon or LED? If Xenon, they require the cleaning system by law. It could be a faulty hose too, but from my experience, it's more likely the pump connection. Check the relay and fuses as well.
