Did the error memory also store the same error? And where exactly is the fuse box located? Is it easy to access?

Yes, the error was the same! The fuse box is usually behind a panel in the passenger footwell. It's pretty easy to get to. If the fuse is fine, it might be a deeper electrical issue. I would suggest visiting a workshop.

Okay, I appreciate your help. I took it to the workshop, and they found a defective cable. They replaced it, and now the massage setting works again, 95€ well spent!

I had something similar happen with my Mini Paceman. The massage seat stopped working. Have you checked the fuse box? It might be a simple fix.
