Thanks a lot for your help. It turned out to be a window regulator initialization issue, just like you suspected. I took it to a workshop, and they managed to reset the window controls. Cost me 290€, but at least it's fixed now.

Yeah, continuously hold the window switch in both directions. If that doesn't work, it could be a more serious problem with the window regulator or the window motor itself. In my case the reset procedure didn't help, so I had to go to the workshop. They reinitialized something, but I'm not sure what they did. I would suggest going to a workshop, they will probably be able to fix it quickly.

Hey there! Sounds frustrating. I had a similar problem with my Mini's power window after replacing the battery. Did you try the window reset procedure? Hold the window switch down for like 10 seconds after the window is fully down, and then up for 10 seconds after it's fully up. Maybe that could help?
