Mirai brake pedal feedback issue

That's an interesting thought. I hadn't considered voltage issues. I'm not sure if it's more frequent under certain conditions, I'll have to pay closer attention. Could low voltage really cause brake issues, and did you have to replace the brake fluid?

Affirmative. In my case, the undervoltage was indeed the root cause of the peculiar brake pedal behavior. The system relies on stable voltage for optimal operation. However, it is imperative to have a qualified technician conduct a thorough evaluation to ascertain the precise cause. It might be prudent to seek professional assistance without delay.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to a shop and they confirmed that there was an undervoltage issue that was affecting the brakes. They were also worn out, so I had them replaced. Total cost was 240€. I appreciate the help!

Greetings. I encountered a similar issue with my 2018 Polestar a while back. The symptoms you described, particularly the odd feedback from the brake pedal, are quite concerning. From my experience, such issues can sometimes be attributed to undervoltage affecting the vehicle's systems. I suggest you consider that the Mirai brake system may be affected by the undervoltage. Does the issue occur more frequently under specific conditions, such as after prolonged periods of inactivity or during cold weather?
