No, there weren't any recent over-the-air releases before it happened. It just started. What issues did you have? Were they like mine, and how did you fix it?

My symptoms weren't exactly the same, but close enough that I think it's a software glitch. I’m no mechanic, but the way the systems are linked it seems a software issue could trigger all sorts of seemingly unrelated problems. Considering the potential complexity and the error codes you're seeing, I'd advise consulting a qualified Toyota workshop. They can run a more thorough diagnostic and re-flash the control unit if necessary.

I appreciate your guidance. I will schedule an appointment with a certified Toyota service center for a diagnostic evaluation. The estimated repair cost is 240€. I will post the outcome for other Mirai owners who may have similar challenges.

I've had similar gremlins in my Mirai. It sounds like a corrupted software module. Did this start happening after a recent over-the-air software release, or any specific event?
