Coding, huh? I'm not super familiar with that. So the fault code is pointing to incorrect vehicle coding. How did you resolve it? Was it a DIY fix, or did you have to take it in?

I wouldn't recommend attempting it yourself unless you have experience with vehicle coding. Incorrect coding can mess things up further. My recommendation would be to take it to a trusted workshop; they should be able to recode the vehicle correctly.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to the workshop, and you were spot on, incorrect vehicle coding! They recoded it, cleared the errors, and everything's back to normal, cost me 360€ Appreciate the help!

I had a similar issue with my Mirai. Diagnostic scanner was also showing some gibberish. Error stored in the error memory, and error message in the infotainment system. Does the fault code indicate an issue with the vehicle coding by any chance?
