Mistra engine stalling at idle

I'm having a real headache with my 2023 Hyundai Mistra (gasoline engine). The check engine light is on, and the engine keeps stalling at idle. It's got almost 100k km on the clock (98643 km to be exact). I suspect it might be the tank ventilation valve thingy? Could it be hoses being clogged?

Summary of the thread

A 2023 Hyundai Mistra with nearly 100,000 km is experiencing engine stalling at idle and a check engine light. The issue is suspected to be related to the tank ventilation valve or clogged hoses. A similar problem was resolved by checking the emission system and purge valve, leading to the suggestion of professional inspection. The problem was ultimately fixed by addressing the ventilation valve and clogged hoses at a workshop.

I had a similar issue with my Mistra. I would check the emission system and the purge valve. Have you checked the pressure sensor?

Pressure sensor? Where is that located, and how do I check it? Is it difficult to do?

It's near the valve, but honestly, if you're not familiar with automotive repair, it might be best to take it to a workshop. It was the purge valve for me, and that fixed the stalling issue, but it could be many things.

Thanks a bunch! Took it to the shop, and you were right, it was the ventilation valve due to clogged hoses. Cost me 175€, but at least it's fixed!
