Mistra System Readiness Check Incomplete
Summary of the thread
A 'System readiness check incomplete' error appeared on a 2014 Hyundai Mistra after using an OBD2 tool. This issue likely resulted from the diagnostic tool resetting system monitors, which is common and not a major problem. The solution involved performing a specific drive cycle to allow the monitors to run again, which can be done by driving the car or having a workshop handle it. The workshop confirmed the cause and resolved the issue without needing any parts.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Yep, it started right after. I only read the codes, didn't clear or change anything. Could just connecting the OBD2 trigger this? Maybe it's a drive cycle thing?

Yep, sounds like the OBD2 diagnostic tool probably reset some of the system monitors. It's not a big deal, but now you gotta get those monitors to run again for the car to pass inspection. Usually just driving around for a bit will do it, but sometimes it takes a specific "drive cycle" the car manufacturer wants. Or, honestly, just take it to a workshop. They'll know how to force the monitors to run or just clear the code.

The workshop confirmed it was the OBD2 resetting the monitors. They did a drive cycle and fixed it, no parts needed. Repair cost 0€ Thanks!

Woah, that sounds annoying! So, just to be clear, this all started right after you plugged in the OBD2 reader? Did you clear any codes or mess with anything besides just reading them?
