Mobi fuel flap issue
Summary of the thread
A 2021 Fiat Mobi owner is experiencing an issue where the fuel flap won't open, accompanied by an error message and malfunctioning locking/unlocking functions. The problem is suspected to be an electrical fault, possibly related to the lock actuator being jammed or faulty. The suggested solution is to have the lock actuator checked and possibly replaced by a professional, which resolved the issue for another owner with a similar problem.

The lock actuator, huh? Where exactly is that located, and how would I even check it? Is it something I can do myself, or am I looking at a trip to the shop?

Yeah, it's probably the actuator. It's located near the fuel filler flap. I wouldn't recommend trying to fix it yourself unless you're comfortable with car electrics. I ended up taking mine to a workshop. Cost me around 210€, but at least it's working now.

Thanks a bunch! Seems like a workshop visit is in order then. I'll get them to check the lock actuator. Hopefully, it's a simple fix. It ended up being exactly as you said – the lock actuator. All sorted now, thanks!

I had a similar problem with my Mobi. Have you checked the lock actuator itself? It might be jammed or faulty.
