Mobi Injection System Problems

My 2016 Fiat Mobi with a gasoline engine has 159866 km on it. I've noticed worse fuel consumption, less power, frequent stalling (especially when idling), and smoke from the exhaust when accelerating. I think it's the injection system. I checked the cable and plug connections, but they look okay. Could a bad cable or plug cause these issues?
