Could you elaborate on the precise location of the washer motor relay and any diagnostic procedures you employed to ascertain its culpability? Your wisdom is greatly appreciated.

Can't recall the exact location offhand. Just had the dealership take care of it, tbh. But yeah, relay was fried; throwing codes and nozzles were frozen solid. Might be worth a workshop visit if you're not feeling confident troubleshooting it.

An inspection at the workshop corroborated your suspicions; indeed, the cable connecting to the heating element was defective, precisely as your insights foreshadowed. The resolution entailed a mere 95€ expenditure. Thank you!

Sounds like my experience. I had something similar with my Mobilio – washer heater acting up in the cold. Did you check the washer motor relay? That was the culprit for me once. Symptoms were identical, though.
