Glow plugs, eh? Interesting. Where are those located exactly? And is it a DIY job, or am I looking at a garage visit?

Yep, glow plugs. They are a bit tricky to get to. I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself unless you know what you're doing. Better to take it to a workshop.

Cheers for the heads up! Turns out it was the glow plugs. 440€ lighter, but at least I have heat now!

I had a similar problem with my Modus. Check the glow plugs for the auxiliary heater. Common fault.
