Modus rear ventilation flap fault

I had a similar issue with my Opel Astra, but it was the front ventilation. AC wasn't cooling, and a flap actuator error code showed up. For me, it was a faulty connection. Check the wiring harness and connector for corrosion or damage. That's a good starting point.

I don't know the Modus specifically, but on my Astra, the connector was near the blower motor resistor. Try tracing the wiring from the rear ventilation flap motor. If you're not comfortable, visit a workshop. It cost me 95€ for the repair; they replaced the cable.
