Modus sunroof not initialized after coding

My 2005 Renault Modus diesel sunroof reports a 'not initialized' error. The sunblind is stuck, and I can't operate the convertible top. The sunblind won't retract or extend. This happened after some coding. Anyone seen this?

I had a similar problem with my Modus! The exact same symptoms. Did the coding involve the body control module?

Yep, definitely the coding. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop. They can re-initialize the sunroof system. That should sort it.

Thank you for confirming. I took your advice and had the sunroof system re-initialized at a workshop. The issue is now resolved; the total cost was 75€.
