Modus washer fluid warning persists

I had a similar problem with my Modus. The 'washer fluid low' light would come on intermittently, even when full, and eventually the washer stopped working altogether. Have you checked the washer motor itself? It might be faulty or clogged.

It's usually attached to the washer fluid reservoir. You might be able to get to it from under the wheel arch, but it can be a bit fiddly. Okay, thanks for the advice! I think I'll take it to a workshop. I'd rather be safe than sorry. Turns out, the error was stored in the error memory and the fluid level was indeed too low. It was diagnosed and refilled immediately. Cost me 25€, just as you predicted!
