Mokka AC Failure

My 2022 Vauxhall Mokka gasoline's AC has totally given up at 39421 km. It doesn't cool, and the light doesn't come on. Could it be the AC relay? I'm pulling my hair out!

Sounds familiar! I had a similar issue with my Mokka. Check the pressure switch; that might be the culprit. Is there any weird AC noise when you try to switch it on?

No AC noise at all, just silence and warm air... Where exactly is the pressure switch located? I don't really have the gear to do proper AC diagnostics myself...

If there's zero noise, and the system isn't even attempting to kick in, a defective valve might be the reason - not the best news. I'd take it to a workshop; messing with the AC system without the right tools can be risky.

Thanks for the heads up! Looks like a trip to the shop is unavoidable. They reckon it's individual valves in the AC, quoted around 1000€... Ouch!
