Mokka AC Failure
Summary of the thread
The 2015 Vauxhall Mokka's A/C system was not functioning, with no cool air and a stored fault in the error memory. Possible causes included a refrigerant leak or a faulty A/C compressor. A suggestion was made to check the relay switch and consider undervoltage as a potential issue. The problem was resolved at a workshop, confirming undervoltage as the cause, and the system was repaired successfully.

Thanks for the reply! The relay switch is a good shout - I hadn't thought of that. Is there a common way these fail, and would that cause a complete system shutdown like this?

Undervoltage is a common cause for A/C compressor shut off. I would advise a thorough diagnostic check at a workshop.

Thanks so much for the advice! Turns out you were spot on about the undervoltage. Got it sorted at the workshop for 240€ – seems to be running fine now!

It is possible that the pressure switch has detected insufficient pressure due to a refrigerant leak. Have you checked the relay switch?
