Mokka air suspension failure

My 2019 Vauxhall Mokka diesel has a really annoying issue. The air suspension seems to have completely given up. The car won't lift, it's leaning to one side, and the dashboard is lighting up with error messages. The low beams are pointing either at the sky or the ground. Error memory says it's the suspension. Anyone else had this happen? Is it something simple before I take it to the mechanic?

I had something similar happen with my Mokka, although the mileage was different. I would check the cable and plug connections to the air suspension compressor. Are you familiar with checking those?

Cable and plug connections, eh? Where exactly are they located? Is it easy to get to, or am I going to need to dismantle half the car? I am a novice when it comes to car repairs.

Yes, it was indeed the cable and plug connections that were defective in my case. While it might be tempting to tackle it yourself, given your limited experience, I strongly suggest taking it to a workshop. A faulty repair could lead to more problems and costs in the future. They will probably charge you around 95€, if the error is the same as mine.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to the workshop, and you were spot on! It was a dodgy connection to the compressor. 95€ later, and it's all sorted. You saved me a bunch of time and worry!
