Mokka Audio System Failure

I've got a Mokka too, and I had something similar happen. Radio silence, no Bluetooth... nothing. Did you check the fuses? Sometimes it's just a simple thing like that.

Fuses were the first thing I checked. All seem to be in order. Was the sound quality bad before it went completely?

Nah, the sound quality was fine before it cut out completely. Took it to a workshop; they said it was the bass speaker defective and needed replacing. Now it works like a charm.

Thank you for the information. I took it to a shop; the bass speaker was indeed the issue, repair cost 280€. All sorted now.
