Thanks! Transmission is a black box for me. I haven't checked the oil level, but I will. What were your symptoms, and how did you fix it? Was the oil level the problem?

My symptoms were the same - clumsy dance and emergency mode. The oil level was fine, so I took it to a workshop. They found 'Undervoltage in the vehicle' and recommended replacing the transmission oil. Maybe a workshop visit will help you figure it out.

Thanks for the advice! I went to my mechanic. They said the transmission oil was worn, likely due to undervoltage. They replaced the oil for 240€. The car runs smoothly now. Your experience saved me time and trouble!

I also have a Mokka with an automatic. Sounds familiar. The 'implausible shifting' is like a clumsy dance, isn't it? And the emergency mode – that's the transmission throwing its hands up. Have you checked the transmission oil level? It needs oil to function properly.
