Mokka cruise control failure

Hi, I'm having trouble with the cruise control on my 2016 Vauxhall Mokka diesel. It just stopped working, and an error message is showing in the speedometer. I ran diagnostics, and it shows an error stored in memory, but nothing specific. I checked the fuses, and they're fine. The car has 59098 km on it. Has anyone else had this happen? I'm really stuck!

I had a similar problem with my Mokka, though I'm not sure if it's the same. The cruise control stopped, and an error light came on. I'd guess it's a faulty system. Did the diagnostics give you anything specific, or just a generic error code?

Thanks! The diagnostics tool gave a vague error code, unfortunately. It didn't pinpoint anything, just a general system fault with the cruise control. What was the specific issue with your car?

Sounds very familiar. It turned out to be a defective cable connection. I'd say, get it checked at a workshop. They'll probably find it quickly with professional tools. The repair, including diagnostics, cost me around 95€, as I remember.

Thanks for the help! A workshop visit seems likely. I'll have them check the cable connections as you suggested. It’s good to have an idea of where to start before I take it in. Thanks again!
