Fuse box, eh? Hmm, hadn't thought of that. Where exactly would I find the fuse for the windshield washer heater? Is it even a separate fuse?

It was a separate fuse on my Megane, but I can't say for sure about the Mokka-e. The manual should tell you for sure. And to be honest, cable or plug defects are not an easy fix. If you are not experienced with electrics, you should probably take it to a workshop.

Workshop it is! Turns out you were spot on about the connection – loose plug. Cost me 95€ to sort out, but at least I can see again now!

Had a similar issue with my old Renault Megane. Error stored in the error memory, nozzles freezing... Sounds like the cable or plug connection to the heater might be defective. Have you checked the fuse box?
