Mokka Electric System Readiness Error

Thanks. Yes, I did clear some historic codes that seemed unrelated. I used a standard OBD2 scanner. Is it possible that clearing those codes triggered this system readiness problem? Are there procedures for resetting or recalibrating the system readiness checks?

Yes, clearing those historic codes most likely triggered it. Some systems are very sensitive. As for recalibration, it's tricky. You might be able to clear it by driving the car, but your best bet would be to book it in at the workshop. They can run a proper diagnostic and reset the system for you.

I took it to the workshop. They confirmed that the system readiness was incomplete due to the previous OBD2 readout. A simple computer reset fixed it, and there were no charges.

Interesting issue. I've seen something similar on other electric vehicles after an OBD2 scan. The system readiness flags sometimes get cleared or become inconsistent during the process. It's like the car 'forgets' it's completed certain self-tests. Did you clear any codes or reset any modules during your scan? Also, which OBD2 tool did you use?
