Mokka Emergency Call System Errors
Summary of the thread
The 2021 Vauxhall Mokka-e is experiencing persistent errors related to the emergency call system, with error messages and warning lights constantly displayed. Diagnostics suggest the issue may stem from a cable or plug connection problem. A suggested solution is to perform a system reset through the infotainment system, focusing on telematics. If the reset doesn't resolve the issue, a professional inspection is recommended, as the problem may be due to a loose connection that requires fixing.

When you say similar, do you mean all the same symptoms? Because I am getting all of them. Also, can you elaborate on this system reset? Are we talking disconnecting the battery for a bit, or is there a specific procedure I need to follow relating to the control module? I want to make sure I don't mess anything else up.

Yep, all the same symptoms. It was driving me nuts! By reset, I mean the dealer showed me how to do it through the infotainment system, something to do with telematics. If that doesn't work, honestly, just get it to a workshop. I messed around with mine for ages and it turned out to be a loose connection that needed fixing.

I appreciate the insight. Looks like I'm heading to the shop. They said it was indeed a dodgy connection, as you suggested. Cost me 95€, but at least the annoying errors are gone now!

I had a similar issue on my Mokka! Was it constantly trying to send an SOS signal? I thought I was going crazy with the errors. Did you try doing a system reset? It's worth a try before diving too deep.
