Mokka Fuel Consumption Starting Issue

I'm having trouble with my 2022 Vauxhall Mokka gasoline. It's done 225867 km and I've noticed a significant increase in fuel consumption lately. Also, the car starts poorly sometimes. I suspect it might be related to the throttle valve. I've checked the air intake and throttle position sensor, but everything seems normal there. Has anyone experienced similar issues?

A 2022 Vauxhall Mokka with high mileage is experiencing increased fuel consumption and poor starting. A similar case with a Peugeot 308 suggested a defective accelerator pedal module could be the cause. After taking the car to a workshop, it was confirmed that the accelerator pedal module was faulty, leading to its replacement.

I had similar symptoms on my old Peugeot 308. Turned out to be a defective accelerator pedal module. The car was overfuelling and struggling to start.

The diagnosis wasn't straightforward. Besides the consumption and starting, the engine idle was rough sometimes. I would recommend having the throttle position and accelerator pedal module checked by a workshop.

Took your advice and brought it to a workshop. Turns out the accelerator pedal module was indeed faulty, just like you said. Repair cost me 205€. Thanks for the help!
