Mokka Infotainment Android Auto issue

Thanks for the quick response. Yes, I've tried deleting the phone from the car's system and vice versa, multiple times. No luck. As for the cable, I've tried both the original cable and another high-quality aftermarket one, same result. Could a software change on the phone be interfering, perhaps in the way it handles the Android Auto connection?

It is plausible that a recent software change on your smartphone could be a contributing factor, as these changes can occasionally introduce unforeseen compatibility issues. Given that you have exhausted the basic troubleshooting steps, including cable verification and clearing pairing data, and the error memory is storing a fault, I would advise having the vehicle's infotainment system professionally diagnosed. A technician with access to Vauxhall's diagnostic tools may be able to pinpoint the root cause more effectively.

Appreciate the advice, I took it to the shop and they ran diagnostics and found a corrupted profile in the infotainment system. Re-flashed it and re-paired my phone, all good. Cost me 45€. Thanks again for the help!

The symptoms you describe point towards a potential issue with the communication protocols between your Mokka's infotainment system and your smartphone. Consider it like a handshake that isn't completing properly. Have you attempted to clear the existing pairing data from both your phone and the vehicle's system? Are you utilizing the OEM cable provided with your phone, or an aftermarket alternative? The latter can sometimes introduce connectivity issues.
