Mokka Key Battery Warning

Not yet, but I am wondering if it's really the battery. I just thought that key batteries usually last a bit longer than they have, and the fact that the car stores an error code makes me wonder if there's something else at play.

Yeah, I get the hesitation. I had the same thought with the Renault. But replacing the battery fixed it. If it doesn't work, at least you've ruled it out. If it still throws an error, best to go to a workshop anyway. Could be they can read the error code for cheap.

Thanks for the help! The battery replacement seems to have done the trick. Cost me 37€ for a new battery and getting the error cleared. Appreciate the suggestion!

Sounds familiar. I had a similar thing with my old Renault Megane. Got the same 'low battery' warning, and the key fob became less and less responsive. Have you tried a new battery in the key?
