Yes, exactly! Operation of the multifunction steering wheel no longer possible. Where exactly should I be looking for these cable connections?

In my case, a defective cable connection inside the steering wheel was determined as the source of the problem. You would need to disassemble the steering wheel, so I would strongly suggest taking it to a workshop for diagnosis to be sure. It could prevent you causing further damage. Vehicle diagnostics would be required.

Thanks for the help! Took it to a local garage. Turns out the cable connection in the steering wheel was indeed defective, just like you said. Repair cost was 95€. Appreciate the advice!

I had a similar issue with my Mokka. Was operation of the multifunction steering wheel no longer possible in your case, too? Have you checked the cable connections? The error memory might give you some clues as well.
