Mokka multifunction steering wheel failure

In my case, a defective cable connection inside the steering wheel was determined as the source of the problem. You would need to disassemble the steering wheel, so I would strongly suggest taking it to a workshop for diagnosis to be sure. It could prevent you causing further damage. Thanks for the help! Took it to a local garage. Turns out the cable connection in the steering wheel was indeed defective, just like you said. Repair cost was 95€. Appreciate the advice!
