Mokka rear ventilation flap error

Thanks for the tip! I haven't noticed any clicking sounds, but I'll definitely check the cable and plug connection. Where exactly is the ventilation flap motor located? Is it easily accessible, or will I need to remove interior panels to get to it?

Okay, no clicking is good. Honestly, I didn't dive too deep myself; I just took it to the workshop. They said it was a faulty connection, just as I suspected. If you're not comfortable poking around, I'd recommend getting it checked out professionally. It cost me around 95€ for them to sort it.

Thanks for sharing your experience! Sounds like a trip to the shop is the best course of action. Knowing it's likely just a connection issue and roughly what it should cost helps a lot. I appreciate the insight!

Sounds familiar. I have a Mokka too, and I had a similar problem with the climate control. No cool air in the back, error codes popping up. I'd check the cable and plug connection to the rear ventilation flap motor. It's often a simple fix, like a loose wire, but can cause a whole heap of problems. Did you notice anything else unusual, like a clicking sound from the back?
