Mokka rough cold starts

Sounds very familiar! I've got a Mokka too, and had similar symptoms last winter. Cold starts were a nightmare, and the MPG took a real hit. It was like driving through treacle. Does the air from the vents take ages to warm up too?

Yeah, the warm air does take a while to come through. So, your Mokka had the same PTC heater problem then? What did you end up doing about it?

Pretty sure it was! I messed about checking fuses and relays, but no luck. In the end, I took it to a workshop. They confirmed the electric auxiliary heater was defective. Cost about 350€ to sort, but it's been perfect since.
