Mokka Sun Blind Failure

I had a similar issue on my 2016 Renault Kadjar. Same symptoms – sun blind completely jammed. The error code pointed to the motor as well. Have you checked the fuse box? It might be a simple blown fuse, though with the error code, it's probably the motor itself. I hope it is 'only' the motor like in my case.

The error code was specific to the sun blind motor, unfortunately I don't remember the exact code. It was pretty clear that the motor was the culprit. I tried to get to the motor myself, but access was very difficult. Eventually, I gave up and took it to a workshop. They confirmed the motor failure. My advice would be to do the same.
