No sound at all, not even static. The Bluetooth seems to connect to my phone, but no audio comes through. Could it be the display itself? Hoping it's not too expensive to fix.

That sounds very similar to what I experienced. In my case, the dealer confirmed it was a defective display unit. My suggestion would be to get it checked out by a professional. It's likely they'll recommend a replacement.

Thanks so much for the advice. I took it to the workshop and you were right: the display unit is defective and needs replacing. The repair will be 725€. At least now I know what needs to be done. I appreciate your help!

I've had similar audio problems with my Mondeo. Is there any static noise coming from the speakers, even at low volume? Also, does the Bluetooth connection seem to be working?
