Mondeo electrical malfunctions

Thanks for the quick reply! I haven't checked the voltage while the engine is running, but I did notice some voltage drop. How did you determine it was the auxiliary battery specifically? Was it hard to diagnose?

Honestly, it took me a while to figure it out, but eventually I just took it to a workshop. They ran some tests and confirmed it was the aux battery not holding a charge. Since the car uses that battery for a lot of the electrical systems, it throws all kinds of errors when it's weak. I would recommend taking it to the shop.

Thanks! That confirms my suspicion. I'll take it to a shop to get the auxiliary battery replaced. I got a quote for around 290€, so that seems reasonable. Appreciate the help!

Sounds familiar. I had something similar happen in my Mondeo. Is it related to power management? Did you check the voltage when the engine is running? Mine acted up like that, and it turned out to be the auxiliary power.
