Could you tell me where the wiring you inspected was located? And did you have the exact same symptoms, including all the issues I mentioned?

Yeah, I had the same AC and 'frozen' issues. I didn't check the mirror heating or nozzles specifically, but it sounds like the same problem. The sensor is usually behind the front bumper, near the fog light. But I'd suggest going to the workshop; they'll sort it out.

The issue was indeed the outside temperature sensor. Repair cost 95€.

Hey, I had something similar on my Mondeo. The AC wouldn't kick on, and the car was acting like it was freezing outside when it wasn't. Did you check the wiring around the sensor itself? Mine was all corroded.
