Monza Washer Fluid Issue

My 2022 Chevrolet Monza (gasoline engine) shows a low washer fluid light at 163938 km. The windshield washer system isn't working, and there's an error stored. The wiper water level seems low. Anyone else seen this?

The sensor could be sending a false signal even if the reservoir isn't empty. Have you checked the motor for voltage when activating the washers? Also, is there any visible leakage around the reservoir or lines?

I haven't checked the voltage yet. Where is the washer motor located on the Monza? Also, is there a common failure point in the lines I should inspect first?

The washer motor is typically attached to the reservoir itself, often near the bottom. You should be able to access it by removing the wheel well liner on the corresponding side. As for common failure points, check the connections at the pump and the nozzles first. Sometimes the plastic becomes brittle and cracks, leading to leaks and pressure loss.
