Movano manifold pressure sensor issue

That is an apt analogy, thank you. Yes, that is precisely how it feels. Could you provide more details regarding your experience? Did replacing the sensor resolve all the issues you were experiencing?

Yep, replacing the sensor fixed it all for me. But here's the thing: after digging, I found out the sensor often fails because of a large vacuum leak somewhere in the intake manifold. It's like trying to suck on a straw with a hole in it. I'd recommend having a workshop check for leaks before just slapping in a new sensor. That way, you don't end up replacing it again in six months. Cost me around 235€, all-in.

I appreciate the insight and the recommendation. I will take the vehicle to a workshop to have them inspect for vacuum leaks, as you suggested, before replacing the manifold pressure sensor. Thank you for your assistance.

Hey! Your symptoms sound familiar. I've got a Movano as well, and those are the exact issues I had last year. I'd bet a beer it's the manifold pressure sensor. Kinda like a clogged artery in your engine's breathing system. Does it feel like it's struggling to get enough air?
